1. Current website behaviour

The current UpDown website serves static pages, images, styles and a small script for navigation, tabs and page animations. Its code does not set cookies, use local storage, embed advertising trackers or run website analytics. A cookie banner is therefore not used by this implementation.

2. Hosting and network logs

Opening a page sends a network request to the hosting service. Hosts and security providers may process your IP address, browser information, requested URL, timestamps and related request logs to deliver the website, diagnose issues and prevent abuse. Their deployed configuration may also introduce necessary infrastructure cookies; the live hosting configuration must be checked separately. Read the Privacy Policy for broader data practices.

3. External services and the mobile App

External links, including Google Play and the App Store when available, take you to another provider. That provider may use cookies or analytics under its own policy. The website does not embed those stores or collect their browsing history.

The mobile App separately stores sign-in and preference information and integrates Firebase services. Mobile identifiers and App analytics are described in the Privacy Policy; they are not website cookies.

4. Your choices

Your browser lets you review, block and clear cookies and website storage. Blocking website storage should not prevent the current static site's navigation from working. Privacy controls for external providers depend on those services. Device settings control App permissions and notifications.

5. Changes and questions

If website analytics, embedded services or non-essential cookies are introduced, this notice must explain their purpose and providers, and any legally required consent controls must be provided before activation. For questions, use the privacy contact in the policy information panel or visit Contact.
